I am a young author, poet, editor and Naturist at heart. I believe "Pen is mightier than sword". I have always voiced out against the human atrocities on Nature through my writings and art work. I not only draw and write stories but also fill life into it through my voice.  I have created a number of audio visual stories in Sanskrit, Kannada and English during this pandemic lockdown 2020, all these stories have been a huge hit on social media. Having an optimistic approach to life, I believe in "Be your own sunshine even on a rainy day. Don't let anyone dull your sparkle".

Sunshine fortnightly by Manya Harsha is a kids journal for children between 4 to 14yrs of age. 

This is a journal by Manya Harsha is loaded with stories, poem, puzzle, riddles, jokes, sports and news.

KIDS WALKATHON MARCH 2018

 

I at a very young age of 8, called for a kids walkathon to save water. On 22nd Mar 2018, I along with 38 kids planted saplings at Puttenahalli lake, JP Nagar, Bangalore. This book is a collection of 55 poems reflecting the natures cry. The poet is worried about the destruction of nature by man at an alarming rate. Mother earth is sick and humans are the virus. The only medicine is to nurture nature for our future.

I have also written and sung a rap song in Kannada about protecting nature which has been viral all over the social media and press.

I have also penned down the lyrics for the Strike Off Plastic - Anthem, sung along with the students of Grade 4 - Vibgyor, BTM. Music composed by my music Sir has also been a huge hit amongst the masses.

I have grown up reading tales of Mrs. Sudhamurthy and admire the Legend from heart and soul. Inspired from her stories, I have also penned down stories in a simple and appealing way. I love to read books on fiction, fantasy, fairytales to comics. Books are my bestfriend. Roald Dahl , Malgudi Days, Panchatantra, Cindrella, stories of Subash Chandra Bose ,  Gandhiji and Freedom struggle are my other favorites.

As a Young Author, I believe in "PRACTICE BEFORE YOU PREACH".
